The property was in a great location, making it easy for us to explore the area. It was also very clean and tidy, with modern amenities that made our stay enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming hamper provided by the owners, which included bacon, eggs, bread. This added touch made us feel at home and was greatly appreciated. Additionally, there was plenty of room to park our car, which was convenient for us.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor downsides. The bed in the main bedroom could have been slightly bigger and more comfortable.

We also had a flat tire during our stay and the neighbor was kind enough to check if we were okay. The friendly and helpful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable.

We would have loved a slightly larger bed in the main bedroom with a good mattress. The incense provided was a personal choice and not everyone may appreciate it.

Stayed at this bungalow for our 6 nights while visiting Lewis & Harris. Wonderful quiet location with excellent facilities. Owner very helpful and easy to contact. Extended stay due to cancelled ferry. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom with comfy bed, powerful walk-in shower, and cozy living room. Welcome pack included bacon, eggs, bread, and milk. Perfectly located to explore the island. Cosy, warm, and clean. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Isle.

We recently stayed at a cozy bungalow on the outskirts of Stronoway and had a wonderful time at Tigh Murdag. The facilities were excellent, and the warm and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. We especially loved being able to do laundry during our stay. The hosts, although we only communicated through email, provided a lovely welcome hamper which added a special touch to our arrival. The spaciousness of the bungalow allowed us to come and go as we pleased, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

The only minor drawback was that the bathroom could have been more modern, but it was still large and functional. Additionally, a slightly bigger bed with a good mattress in the main bedroom would have been ideal.
